Join us for an event in collaboration with the Royal Danish Navy on 24 Septemer 2026 at Marine Station Copenhagen, Nyholm, H.C Sneedorffs Alle 1439 Copenhagen.

An evening with the Royal Danish Navy (Søværnet), where the next generation of shipping meets the people safeguarding maritime security, trade routes, and Denmark’s role as a leading maritime nation.

We are honoured to welcome a panel of Simon E. Schultz-Larsen, Head of 4th Squadron at the Royal Danish Navy, and Jakob P. Larsen, BIMCO’s Chief Safety & Security Officer. Expect a rare look behind the scenes and strong networking to round off the evening.

Holmen Naval Base (Henrik Gerners Pl. 1) is easiest to access by bike or car. For public transport, take the M1/M2 to Christianshavn and continue by bus 2A towards Refshaleøen, getting off at Arsenaløen, which is around a 10-minute walk from the site. You can also take the yellow harbour bus 991/992 (ferry) to Holmen North and walk from there (10 min). Please allow a few extra minutes for entering the site and security checks at the entrance.

Please note that due to the security measures at Marine Station Copenhagen only members on the registration list will be able to attend the event.
